After the Redmi Pad Pro, Xiaomi appears to be gearing up to introduce the Redmi Pad Pro 5G tablet. In a new development, we have spotted the upcoming Redmi Pad Pro 5G on the TENAA and Bureau of Indian Standard certifications. Take a look at the details.

Redmi Pad Pro 5G Might Debut in India

The Redmi Pad Pro 5G Chinese variant has acquired TENAA certification, which reveals its model number 24074RPD2C. The Redmi Pad Pro 5G Indian variant, with model number 24074RPD2I, has also cleared BIS certification. The string 2407 in the model number suggests that the tablet might launch in July.

The Redmi Pad Pro 5G will feature support for 5G connectivity. Xiaomi co-founder Lei Jun recently shared that the Redmi Pad Pro 5G features a SIM card slot and offers the ‘Network sync’ feature. The Redmi Pad Pro 5G is expected to be the same as the Pad Pro in terms of specifications.

To recall, the Redmi Pad Pro flaunts a 12.1-inch LCD screen with a 2.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The tablet sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor with Adreno 710 GPU and up to 8GB of RAM.

The Redmi Pad Pro is equipped with a 10,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. It has an 8MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. It offers a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos audio.

If we go by certification listing, Xiaomi might launch the Redmi Pad Pro and the Redmi Pad Pro 5G in the Indian market. However, the brand hasn’t yet confirmed anything officially.
