The certification revealed the battery capacity details of the upcoming Vivo tablet ahead of launch. Now, in a recent development, MySmartPrice has spotted the Vivo Pad moniker at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) trademark. The Vivo Pad might be the name of the brand’s upcoming tablet. Let’s check out more details on this ahead:

Vivo Registered Vivo Pad Moniker At EUIPO

If we have a look at the trademark document, we can see that Vivo has registered the Vivo Pad name at the EUIPO trademark. The trademark filing date of the Vivo Pad is mentioned as June 18th, 2021. And these are only the details we can grab from the trademark filing. If we have a recap of the previous leak, the design sketches of Vivo’s upcoming tablet had leaked online as mentioned above. The schematics showcased us that the upcoming Vivo tablet will boast a full-screen display. The tablet is tipped to feature a dual-camera setup at the rear, while at the right side it is said to incorporate power and volume rocker keys. Moving on to the details revealed by TUV Rheinland certification, the upcoming Vivo tablet is said to pack a typical battery capacity of 8040mAh.

The Vivo tablet battery had issued the TUV Rheinland certification on June 8th, 2021 as per the TUV Rheinland certification document. As far as the launch of Vivo’s first tablet is considered, Vivo was rumored to launch the Vivo Pad tablet at Vivo’s X60 Pro+ launch event. However, at that time we didn’t see the brand making any announcement regarding its new tablet. It is now said that Vivo will launch its first tablet in the first half of 2021. However, as of now no exact date of the launch is specified at the moment. With the upcoming tablets, Vivo should compete directly with the Xiaomi Mi Pad series and Huawei’s Matepad tablet lineup in the tablet space. As the days pass, we should get to learn more details of the Vivo Pad if it appears on TENAA or any other certification platform in the upcoming few months.
