Digital Chat Station, a reliable Chinese tipster recently shared the schematic render of the device. The tipster shared a similar schematic render of the upcoming Vivo S18 and Vivo S18 Pro smartphones.

The post shared by the tipster on Weibo also revealed the specifications of the S18 Pro smartphone. The upcoming S18 series smartphones will debut as a successor to the Vivo S17 series smartphones that debuted in June in China. The smartphones were later debuted under the Vivo V29 monikers in the global and Indian markets. Vivo has shared a new teaser on Weibo, which confirms the launch of the Vivo S18 series smartphones.

Vivo S18 and Vivo S18 Pro Expected Specifications

The teaser shared by Vivo confirms that Vivo will equip the upcoming smartphones with in-house Blue Heart AI tech. Vivo debuted the technology at the Vivo Developer Conference 2023, held on the first week of November 2023. The recently launched Vivo X100 series smartphones were the first to equip the Blue Heart AI tech. Vivo claims that the upcoming device will be the first to tens of billions of large-scale models in a smartphone.

The brand adds that the Blue Heart AI tech has ranked first in multiple authorities with many technological improvements. Another tipster named WhyLab shared the specifications of the upcoming devices on Weibo. The leak confirms that the Vivo S18 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset.

The chipset will pair with 8GB / 12GB / 16GB RAM and 256GB / 512GB of storage. The device was recently spotted in GeekBench listing with the same chipset and 12GB RAM. The chipset is built on a 4nm process and features one Cortex-A715 prime core clocked at 2.63GHz, three Cortex-A715 performance cores at 2.4 GHz, four Cortex-A510 efficiency cores at 1.8GHz and Adreno GPU.

The smartphone is also tipped to equip an OLED display with a peak brightness of 2800 nits. The device will be backed by a 5000mAh battery, which is likely to be paired with 80W fast charging tech. The leak shared by the tipster confirms that the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset will power the Vivo S18 Pro smartphone.

The device is also tipped to launch in a similar configuration similar to the vanilla model. Vivo will also equip the device with a 5000mAh battery with 80W fast charging tech. Vivo is tipped to debut the smartphones under the Vivo V30 series moniker in the global and Indian markets. The IMEI listings of the smartphone revealed that the Vivo V30 and the Vivo V30 Pro will feature the model numbers V2318 and V2319, respectively.
