Vivo is expected to announce the upcoming Vivo X Fold 3 series foldable smartphones soon in China. Today, we have spotted the vanilla X Fold 3 foldable smartphone in China’s 3C certification, hinting that the launch of the device is nearing in the country.

Vivo X Fold 3 3C Certification
Vivo will equip the smartphone with the V2303A model number, confirmed through the device’s 3C certification. The model number of the smartphone was earlier tipped by noted tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo.
The certification reveals that the upcoming foldable smartphone will debut with support for 80W wired fast charging tech. The 5G connectivity of the smartphone is also confirmed through the 3C certification obtained by the device.
The forthcoming X Fold 3 is set to support chargers with the V8073L0E0-CN and V8073L0A1-CN model numbers. The other specifications of the smartphone have not been disclosed via the 3C certification.
Vivo X Fold 3 Expected Specifications
The Chinese smartphone brand is set to debut the vanilla X Fold 3 smartphone with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The device is set to launch as the thinnest foldable on the market, with a light body. Recently, tipster Digital Chat Station shared the design schematics of the smartphone on Weibo.
The smartphone is said to sport a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor. The foldable smartphone will also sport 50MP sensors for the ultrawide and telephoto sensors. The telephoto sensor is said to sport a 2x optical zoom with support for a 40x digital zoom.
The device is also tipped to sport an optical fingerprint scanner on both the inner and cover screens. Vivo might debut the upcoming foldable smartphones alongside the Vivo Pad 3 and Pad 3 Pro tablets in China later this month.
