Vivo introduced the Vivo X90 series smartphones namely the Vivo X90, Vivo X90 Pro, and the Vivo X90 Pro+ in China back in November. The Vivo X90 and the X90 Pro also made their debut in the global market a few months back. Additionally, these phones were launched in India at the end of last month. Now, it looks like the brand is prepping to add one more smartphone to the Vivo X90 series dubbed the Vivo X90S. Ahead of the launch, we at MySmartPrice have spotted this upcoming device on the Google Play Console.
Vivo X90S To Come with 12GB of RAM, Reveals Google Play Console Listing
As per the Google Play Console listing, the upcoming Vivo X90S (V2241A) will feature a 1260 × 2800 pixel resolution display. The device will pack up to 12GB of RAM. As for the software, this upcoming X90 series handset will run Android 13 OS out of the box. Powering the smartphone under the hood there will be MediaTek’s octa-core Dimensity 9200 (MT6985) SoC which will be coupled with Mali G715 GPU.
Apart from these specifications, the Google Play Console listing also has revealed the front design of the handset. As seen in the above image, the smartphone will feature a punch-hole display similar to the other X90 series phones. The power and volume keys will be located on the right side of the device.
The past leak suggests that the upcoming X90S smartphone will be powered by a Dimensity 9200+ SoC which contradicts the specifications listed on the Google Play Console listing. MediaTek is set to announce its upcoming Dimensity 9200+ processor on May 10. The upcoming X90S is expected to be the second smartphone apart from the iQOO 8 Neo Pro which will ship with Dimensity 9200+ chipset per Digital Chat Station. Previously, the tipster Digital Chat Station also had revealed that the Dimensity 9200+ SoC will have an AnTuTu score more than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.

Per the tipster, the AnTuTu score of the Dimensity 9200+ processor will be around 1,35,000. As of now, the other key detail of this upcoming SoC as well as that of the Vivo X90S is yet to be revealed. Additionally, the launch date of the Vivo X90S is yet to be disclosed by Vivo. We expect to learn more details about the upcoming Vivo X90S if it appears on some certifications and benchmark websites in the coming few weeks.
