Vivo reduced the prices of the Vivo T2 5G and the Vivo Y56 5G in India a few days back. The price of the Vivo T2 5G was dropped by Rs 2,000, while the Y56 5G received a Rs 1,000 price drop. Now, the Chinese smartphone maker has recently reduced the price of its couple of Y-series smartphones. The company has slashed the price of the Vivo Y16, Vivo Y02t, Vivo Y02, Vivo Y27, and Vivo 17s smartphones. Vivo took to X (formerly Twitter) to confirm the price drop details of the above-mentioned Y-series devices.
Vivo Y16, Vivo Y02t, Vivo Y02 Price in India Reduced By Rs 500
The Vivo Y16 price in India now starts at Rs 9,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model, while the 128GB storage model retails for Rs 10,999. Previously, these variants retailed for Rs 10,499 and Rs 11,999 respectively. As for the Vivo Y02t, it now can be purchased for Rs 8,499. The device has received a price drop of Rs 500, as it was available for purchase earlier for Rs 8,999.
It is worth noting that this is the third time Vivo has reduced the price of the Vivo Y16 and the Vivo Y02 smartphones. The Chinese smartphone maker had reduced the price of the Vivo Y16 64GB and 128GB storage model to Rs 10,499 and Rs 11,999 respectively back in September. Additionally, the brand had reduced the cost of Vivo Y02t from Rs 9,499 to Rs 8,999 for the sole 4GB RAM + 64GB storage configuration.
Vivo Y17s Recevies Rs 1,000 Price Drop in India
Vivo also has reduced the price of the Vivo Y02 by Rs 500. The smartphone can be purchased now for Rs 7,999, which earlier retailed for Rs 8,499. As for the Vivo Y27, it also has received a price drop of 500 similar to the Y02 and Y02t smartphones. The Y27 6GB RAM model with 128GB storage now retails for Rs 12,999. Last but not least, the company also has reduced the price of the Vivo Y17s by Rs 1,000. The Y17s 4GB RAM model with 64GB of internal storage is priced at Rs 10,499, while the 128GB storage variant now costs Rs 11,499. These variants were previously priced at Rs 11,499 and Rs 12,499 respectively.
The image shared by Vivo also reveals that customers can avail of Rs 1,000 cashback on the purchase of the Vivo Y27 and the Vivo Y17s smartphones. While, on the purchase of the Vivo Y16, Y02t, and Y02 customers can avail of a cost EMI offer.
