Vivo Y30 5G has Been Listed on NBTC Certification Website, Could Launch Soon

Vivo Y30 5G Listed on NBTC

The upcoming Vivo smartphone with the V2160 model number has been listed on the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) in Thailand. The listing confirms the phone’s moniker to be Vivo Y30 5G and the device will support GSM/WCDMA/LTE/NR networks.

Apart from this bit of info, the website does not reveal much about the device. This is also the first appearance of the phone on any certification. We should hear more about the phone in the upcoming days.

Vivo Y30 Standard Edition: Specifications

The Vivo Y30 Standard Edition comes with a 6.51-inch HD+ IPS LCD and the phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor. It is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device packs a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 10W charging. The Y30 Standard Edition comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner as well.


To the back, there is a dual-camera setup. The device has a 13MP primary camera sensor with an aperture of f/2.2 and a 2MP depth sensor that has an f/2.4 aperture. An 8MP front camera with an aperture of f/1.8 takes care of the selfies.

With the 5G version, we can expect the device to pack in a MediaTek Dimensity series chipset or a Snapdragon 6 series chipset, given the Y series will be a budget-centric device. However, there is no info on the SoC of the device yet.
