The Xiaomi 14 Ultra leaks have started pouring in after the brand launched the Xiaomi 14 and 14 Pro in China. The 14 Ultra will be the top-of-the-line variant in the lineup but will not launch until next year according to a leak. The smartphone is confirmed to come with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and is tipped to feature a bigger battery than its predecessor. Now, a recent leak by the tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed the camera specifications of the upcoming flagship. Let’s take a look at the camera details and features of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra.

The popular tipster Digital Chat Station has been posting details of a new Xiaomi flagship on Weibo, which is believed to be the upcoming Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The tipster claims that just like Xiaomi 13 Ultra, the 14 Ultra will also come with a 50MP + 50MP + 50MP + 50MP quad camera setup on the back. However, unlike the dual aperture (f/1.9 and f/4.0) on 13 Ultra, the 14 Ultra will come with support for variable aperture.
According to the leak, the primary camera of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will offer apertures ranging from f/1.6 to f/4.0. Notably, Xiaomi 14 Pro also offers variable apertures ranging from f/1.42 to f/4.0. The tipster also claims that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will come with native focal lengths 0.5x, 3.2x, and 5x. If the leak is indeed accurate, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will come with significant camera upgrades over its predecessor.

No other details of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra are known at the moment. But we can safely assume that the flagship smartphone will come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and boot Android 14-based HyperOS out of the box. Another leak has also confirmed that the device will feature a bigger 5,500mAh battery, which is an upgrade over the Xiaomi 13 Ultra’s 5,000mAh battery. Notably, Xiaomi didn’t launch the Xiaomi 13 Ultra in India but launched the Xiaomi 13 Pro. We can expect the same to be repeated with the Xiaomi 14 series as well with 14 Pro coming to India instead of the 14 Ultra. Leaks have claimed that Xiaomi might launch the 14 Ultra in March 2024.
