Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro 14 India launch
Xiaomi is rumoured to launch the Mi Notebook Pro 14 soon in India. Another Notebook with a 15-inch display is also tipped to launch. According to a 91Mobiles report, the company is gearing up for the Mi Notebook Pro 14 India launch. The laptop is expected to launch in July 2021. Alongside, it will also launch the Mi Notebook Ultra with a 15.6-inch display. The 15.6-inch variant is tipped to be a rebranded Mi Notebook Pro X launched in China. The exact launch date remains unknown at the moment. Xiaomi is expected to confirm the launch dates in the coming weeks.
The Mi Notebook 14 features a 14-inch LCD with a 2,560 x 1,600 pixels resolution and a 16:10 aspect ratio. The screen has a 120Hz refresh rate and 600 nits brightness. Under the hood, the laptop features an 11th-generation Intel Tiger Lake processor. It comes in Core i7-11370H and Core i5-11300H options, with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB SSD. The laptop also features an Nvidia GeForce MX450 graphics card and a 56Wh battery. It supports Wi-Fi 6 and features multiple ports. The laptop has a Thunderbolt 4.0 port, a DP port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, etc.
The 14-inch model is priced at CNY 5,299 (approx Rs 60,000) in China. We can expect its price in India to be around the same range.
Mi Notebook Ultra specifications
The Mi Notebook Ultra is tipped to be a rebranded Mi Notebook Pro X launched in China. It comes with a 15.6-inch OLED display with 3.5K (3456 x 2160 pixels) screen resolution. The display has 600 nits peak brightness, and cover 100 per cent of both DCI-P3 and sRGB colour gamut.
Users can choose between a Core i5-11300H or a Core i7-11370H. It comes with 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 512GB NVMe SSD, while the latter features 32GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB NVMe SSD. Both the variants feature up to the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU. It also features USB-C charging via USB Power Delivery and also offers 120W fast charging for its 80Whr laptop battery.
Other key specs include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, two USB-C ports (one Thunderbolt 4 enabled), two USB-A ports, and a fingerprint sensor integrated into the laptop’s power button.
