The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is one of the best devices by Samsung. The camera setup on the device provides excellent performance while taking photos in low-light conditions. The Exynos 9 Octa 990 chipset delivers good performance for its price tag. The device also packs a big 5000mAh Li-ion battery which seems good.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 offers the best of the smartphone industry. However, its mediocre battery backup lets it down. What is the use of a featured-pack smartphone when it can't last a whole day on a single charge? I'd suggest you go for the Galaxy S20 Ultra, which offers much better battery backup, or the iPhone 11 Pro, which has an edge over the S20 Plus in almost every criterion.

Poco X3 Pro is the ideal mid-range phone in the market for power-hungry users. It has pretty much everything you need. Big screen with support for 120Hz refresh rate, Android 11-based software, decent cameras on both sides and IP rating for splash-proof resistance. You also get long battery backup with 33W fast charging supported. However, the only drawbacks are hybrid storage slot and a bulky design can be uncomfortable to use. Poco X3 Pro is a definite choice for buyers.

The Galaxy S10 may very well be the best and most complete flagship smartphone of 2019. It has all the features and specifications one could think of, and its pricing is also not as outrageous as some of its competitors. The S10 is also pretty much the same phone as the larger S10+, thus offering better overall value.

The Galaxy Note 10 Plus is among the best high-end phones you can buy right now. Apart from the missing headphone jack, there's nothing else that I could think of, being particularly bad on the phone. It has an eye-catching design, it feels thinner than it actually is, and it has the best display in the smartphone business, as of 2019. The Exynos 9825 brings speed and smoothness, and One UI is one of the nicest feeling software in the business. All four cameras on the phone are excellent. While the Note 10 Plus can't quite reach the level and clarity of the P30 Pro's camera in low-light conditions, it more than makes up for it in the video recording capability. The phone has dozens of useful features, including Samsung Pay and water resistance. Battery life is good, too, but not among the best in the business. All-in-all, it is one of the best phones released in 2019.

The Oppo F9 Pro is a bit of a mixed bag. Aspects of the device that Oppo has gotten right include the display with its waterdrop notch, imaging performance with sufficient lighting, and battery life with VOOC fast charge support. However, the video capabilities are just not up to the mark, and the performance leaves you wanting for more. SOmething like the Honor Play or the Poco F1 might be a better option for a better overall package.

The Galaxy S10+'s Dynamic AMOLED screen is second to none and the company offers various features such as HDR10+ playback, stereo speakers, and a dedicated 3.5mm headphone jack to make it a multimedia champion. The phone's rear-facing camera is excellent, except its low-light imaging, which is above average in comparison. The phone's performance is generally fast, but the Exynos 9820 throttles under continuous stress. One UI is the best custom Android UI and it offers extensive software features and UI customizability, without overwhelming the user. The phone's charging speed is too slow as per 2019 standards. Still, all things considered, the Galaxy S10 Plus is definitely one of the best smartphones of 2019.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 5G is a true, high-end flagship phone with all the industry-leading features packed into it. You will get an excellent display, great cameras, silky-smooth performance, a beautiful-looking UI, a great build quality, and class-leading connectivity options. The only downside of the phone is that it has a poor battery backup. If you are okay with short battery backup, the Samsung Galaxy S20 5G is one of the best flagship smartphones in its price range. You can look for Galaxy S20+ or Galaxy S20 Ultra for a higher battery backup.

OnePlus used to take consumer needs into account with its previous offerings. However, the decision to use a slow fingerprint sensor, remove the headphone jack and increase the base variant's price makes it feel as if the brand is moving away from its original image. On its own, the OnePlus 6T is a good phone thanks to its attractive design, good battery, decent performance, and impressive rear camera. However, the OnePlus 6 users are better off by not upgrading to the 6T. Other alternatives at lower price points include the ASUS Zenfone 5Z and the LG G7 ThinQ.

The Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro 8GB RAM offers flagship-grade features that are worth the money. On the positive side, the phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate display, runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 chipset, has 8GB RAM, 128GB internal memory (expandable up to 1TB). The optical features include a quad rear camera setup (48MP+8MP+2MP+2MP) and a 20MP front camera. The phone could have come with an AMOLED display, and its lack proves to be its con.

The truth is that while the Vivo V17 Pro is an amazing phone, the price makes no sense at all. Especially when you consider the kind of phones that are available in the market today, Vivo could have priced this phone a lot better. But if you can overlook the competition, though you have absolutely no need to, this phone is a pretty great all-rounder.

The ASUS ROG Phone 2 is one of the best Android phones available in the market now, from a specs and value for money point of view. It's surprising how much is packed into the device, given its price tag. The only thing stopping the ROG Phone 2 from being the best phone is the camera, which could easily get beat by some flagship devices. But in the grand scheme of things, that's a minor issue. The ASUS ROG Phone 2 is a no-brainer if you're looking for a good gaming phone. Or a great phone, in general.

With the Zenfone Max Pro M2, you will experience the fastest and smoothest performance at this end of the market. Its cameras might not be the best, but they are still quite impressive. There are some drawbacks such as the lack of a USB Type-C port and fast charging, and a glossy back that is prone to scratches, but the phone more than makes up for these with its excellent display, bloatware-free stock Android UI, and an excellent audio quality.
