The pong game can be accessed by tapping on any emoji sent in Instagram DMs. The game appears similar to the T-Rex game built inside Google Chrome, which can be accessed during internet shutdowns. The new secret pong game on Instagram is a way to keep you engaged on the platform and helps you do more other than sharing Reels or uploading posts. Here’s how you can play.
- Open a direct message (DM) on Instagram from any friend.
- Send any emoji of your choice that you want to use as pong.
- Tap on the emoji, and it will become a bouncing ball. You can use the slider present on the bottom to hit the bouncing ball and score.
- You will score one point after each hit. The speed of the game will increase after every five hits.
