Lenovo is preparing up for the launch of the Lenovo Legion Pro successor in the form of Lenovo Legion 2 Pro. The company has already started teasing a few aspects of this upcoming smartphone on Weibo. The brand has already confirmed that the Lenovo Legion 2 Pro will come with a dual-turbo cooling system. The device has also appeared on Geekbench a few days ago. Now, the Lenovo Legion 2 Pro has gained the required 3C certification in China, implying that its launch is near. Let’s check out the details revealed by 3C certification ahead:

Lenovo Legion 2 Pro Could Support Up to 130W Fast Charging

The 3C certification has listed the Lenovo Legion 2 Pro with model number L70081. This is the same model, which appeared on Geekbench a few days ago. If we go by the 3C listing, we can see that the phone will come equipped with a charger LC-658 DC. This appears to be a dual-port charger, as it is being listed with 65W and 45W fast-charging support. This could mean that the handset might come with a dual-USB charging port, similar to what we have seen in the Lenovo Legion Pro gaming smartphone.

Leakster Digital Chat Station has mentioned on Weibo that the device might offer a 130W fast-charging support. The smartphone will also offer 5G connectivity. As far as the rumoured specs of the phone go, it is expected to pack an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC which will be aided with Adrena 660 GPU. The device might ship with 16GB of RAM, and it will run Android 11 out of the box.

The Legion 2 Pro had managed to score 1129 and 3763 points in the single-core and multi-core tests in the Geekbench 5 benchmark test. The other details of the Legion 2 Pro such as the display size, camera configuration, and battery information still remains to be unknown. However, we can expect the phone to sport an AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The Legion 2 Pro also might feature two USB Type-C ports, considering that the Legion Pro had the same, one at the bottom, and one at the side.

To recap, the Lenovo Legion 2 Pro predecessor, the Lenovo Legion Pro was launched by Lenovo last year in July. The Legion Pro features a 6.65-inch AMOLED display that has a 144Hz refresh rate and a 19:9 aspect ratio. The device is powered by Snapdragon 865+ SoC, and it is available in 8GB/12GB and 16GB RAM options. The smartphone sports a 64MP dual-camera setup, and has a motorized pop-up 20MP at the front for selfies and video calling. It packs a 5000mAh and has a 65W fast-charging support.
