OnePlus will launch the OnePlus 9RT on January 14 in India. The company will launch its new affordable flagship smartphone days after unveiling the OnePlus 10 Pro in China. The 9RT was launched last year in China with some improvements over the standard 9R. The phone comes with a Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood.
While the specifications are known, the India pricing details will be announced officially on January 14. However, it looks like an e-tailer has spilled the beans and leaked the pricing details online. Let’s take a look at the OnePlus 9RT price in India, specifications and other leaked details.
OnePlus 9RT price in India
According to a new listing by Sangeeta Mobiles, the OnePlus 9RT price in India will start at Rs 42,999. For the price, users will get 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The company will also launch a 12GB RAM variant with 256GB of internal storage for Rs 46,999. The 9RT will come in shades of Black and Silver, as per the listing.
The pricing corroborates a recent report, which also mentioned that the phone will go on sale starting January 17 during the Amazon Republic Day sale.
Specifications and features
As mentioned above, the 9RT comes with a Snapdragon 888 SoC, which although is last year’s flagship platform but quite powerful. It will pack a 4500 mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
The phone has a triple-camera setup on the back with a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor. It will be accompanied by a 16MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies, the phone will have a 16MP front camera.
At the front, there is a 6.62-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout at the top left corner. The display supports a 120Hz refresh rate and has a peak brightness of 1300 nits. It does not have curved edges like the 9 Pro but comes with a flat screen.
The phone will run Android 11 out of the box with a layer of Oxygen OS 11 in India. Other specifications include an in-display fingerprint scanner, a dual speaker setup with Dolby Atmos, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, GPS, etc. The phone does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack.
