OnePlus has teased the launch of new smart TVs in India. The company will launch the OnePlus Y1S smart TV range in India very soon. The official launch date is yet to be announced. However, rumours suggest that the smart TV will be announced on February 17.

Tipster Ishan Agarwal has exclusively shared the design render image of the OnePlus TV Y1s and its new remote ahead of the launch. OnePlus TV Y1S design
OnePlus TV Y1S series will launch soon in India. Ahead of the official launch, the device’s render images have leaked. The image shared by Agarwal reveals that the phone has a bezel-less design. In comparison, the chin is slightly thick for housing various sensors. The stand is located on either side of the bottom edge.
Agarwal has also shared an image of the OnePlus TV remote, which has a slightly new design. It continues to have a tall candy bar shape with multiple hotkeys for launching streaming apps like Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+Hotstar. There is also a Google Assistant button above the volume up and down key.
It was previously reported that the OnePlus TV will launch in two screen sizes. The base model will have a 32-inch display, whereas the higher-end option will have a 43-inch display. The 32-inch model could come with an HD resolution, whereas the 43-inch model will have a Full HD display. The screen is said to come with features like HDR10+. The OnePlus TV will also have 20W speakers along with Dolby Audio (with Atmos decoding). The upcoming OnePlus smart TVs will boot Android TV 11.0 out of the box.
In addition to this, the OnePlus TVs will come with dual-band WiFi support. Users will be able to connect their smart TV to 2.4GHz or 5GHz WiFi. Based on the specs on offer, we can expect the OnePlus TV Y1S series to start at around Rs 20,000. The larger 43-inch model could be priced in India at around Rs 25,000.
