As seen in the Bluetooth SIG certification image, the Samsung fitness band (with the model number Samsung SM-R220) is mentioned as a Wearable device with Bluetooth 5.1. The certification does not explicitly mention the name of the device, but a previous report spotted the same model number on the FCC certification website and found it to be a fitness tracker.
