  • The Nothing Ear (3) will arrive as a successor to last year’s Ear (2).
  • The Ear (2) made its debut last year in March.

Nothing recently shared a teaser on its social media channels regarding two new upcoming products. Even though the company hasn’t revealed the product names of these products, it appears that one of them would be a TWS, possibly the Nothing Ear (3).

Nothing Ear (3) Launch Soon

The video teaser shared by the company includes a frog leaping over a beetle (in black colour). The black coloured beetle was the company’s official mascot for the Nothing Ear (2). So, this upcoming Nothing product should be the Ear (3) and a yellow frog appears to be the mascot for this product.

For those unaware, the Nothing Ear (2) made its debut last year in March and it has been more than a year since Nothing refreshed its Ear TWS lineup. The company hasn’t revealed anything about the upcoming TWS via the teasers so far. However, we can expect the Ear (3) to feature the company’s signature transparent design language.

The Nothing Ear (3) is expected to retain the stem design that we have seen with the Ear (2) and Ear (1). We can expect the company to launch the Ear (3) with upgraded audio drivers and offer improved battery life compared to its predecessor.

To recall, the Ear (2) has an 11.6-inch dynamic driver and a new dual-chamber design. It offers active noise cancellation, up to 40dB, and a transparency mode as well. The TWS features a triple-microphone setup and also offers a low-latency mode. The earbuds can offer up to four hours of playback on a single charge. It can last for up to 36 hours with the charging case. It features a USB Type-C port and supports Qi wireless charging as well. It is IP54-rated and offers support for Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair. There’s also support for Bluetooth 5.3.
