OnePlus 10 Pro camera zoom features tipped

OnePlus 10 Pro will be the next flagship offering from the brand. The upcoming OnePlus smartphone will come with Hasselblad-tuned cameras. We are still unaware of the camera sensor details of the upcoming flagship smartphone from OnePlus. While we wait for that, tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed some key details of the 10 Pro’s zooming capabilities. The tipster states that the device’s telephoto camera will continue to feature 3.3x optical zoom and up to 30x digital zoom. This is contrary to some of the rumours, which claimed that the phone will feature 5x periscope zoom.

The device is said to get a redesigned camera module, which is somewhat similar to the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. It has a square-shaped camera module, with the left edge tapering towards the frame. There is some room at the top, above the camera module for the rear panel. The device will feature a triple-camera setup on the back with an LED flash. At the front, OnePlus’ upcoming Pro smartphone is said to sport a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display with a hole-punch cutout at the top left corner. It will have the volume keys on the left edge and the alert slider, power button on the right edge. As expected, there will be no 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone will come with a USB Type-C port, a speaker grille and the SIM tray located on the bottom edge.

Other specs include a Snapdragon 898 SoC, aka Snapdragon 8 Gen1, a 5000 mAh battery with 65W/ 125W fast charging and the upcoming unified OS that is being developed with Oppo.
