Sony has announced the PlayStation Black Friday sale, in which we can expect more and more exclusive deals this week. During this Black Friday sale, gamers can find goods and services like subscriptions at a discounted price, at both the official PlayStation store and participating retailers.
Every Black Friday, Sony provides a few unique offers, and 2023 will be no exception. Last year, for example, the company provided discounted PS Plus memberships and discounts on select games and consoles during Black Friday. It is now preparing to provide similar deals.
Here is a rundown of what Sony is offering as part of the PlayStation Black Friday sale.
PlayStation Black Friday Sale: What to Expect During this Sale?
As stated in the official blog, Sony has announced that the PlayStation Black Friday Sale will kick off on November 17 and will continue till November 27. During PlayStation’s Black Friday sale, incredible offers will be at your disposal straight from PlayStation at direct.playstation.com.
The sale also includes discounts on several goods like PlayStation 5 consoles with select games, such as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III; DualSense wireless controllers; PS5 Console Covers; and select PS5, PS4, and PC games while stocks last.
PlayStation 5 goods are also available at participating retailers worldwide. Sony also is planning to run special offers on its merchandise on PlayStation Gear. From November 17 to 27, players can avail a 20% discount on a range of merchandise, apparel, and more. Orders above $75 on PlayStation Gear will be eligible for free delivery and will include a PlayStation Heritage Katakana Hat.
As mentioned earlier, Sony will also hold discounts on several PS5 and PS4 titles including heavy-hitters like EA Sports FC 24, NBA 2K24, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, and much more on the PlayStation Store during the sale. Sony also announced that they will be introducing a promotional offer on 12-month subscription plans of PlayStation Plus. New subscribers will get a 30% discount on getting a year-long membership for any tier among Essential, Deluxe and Extra. Current PlayStation Plus subscribers can save 25% by upgrading to PlayStation Plus Extra, or 30% by subscribing to PlayStation Plus Premium/Deluxe.
