Realme C51 Design Leaked Ahead of Launch; To Feature 5000mAh Battery, 33W Fast Charging

The Realme C51 will likely be a new smartphone under Rs 10,000 if it is launched in India.

  1. Realme C51 will be a budget smartphone offering.
  2. The handset will feature a dual-camera setup on the back.
  3. It will also offer Realme’s Mini Capsule feature.

Realme recently launched the C53 as its new C-series phone in India. The device was launched with a 108MP primary camera and a 90Hz IPS LCD. It is the only smartphone currently in India to feature a 108MP primary camera sensor for under Rs 10,000. It looks like Realme might soon unveil another C-series smartphone in various markets in the form of the C51. Realme has not confirmed any details about the launch of the C51 at the time of writing this.

However, a new leak suggests that the budget smartphone from Realme might debut soon. A new leak by tipster Paras Guglani has revealed the design and some key specifications of the upcoming Realme smartphone. The images also confirm the two colour options of the phone. Let’s take a look at the Realme C51 specifications, design and other details leaked so far.

Realme C51: Design and Specifications (Leaked)

The Realme C51 will likely be a new smartphone under Rs 10,000 if it is launched in India. The phone’s design images have leaked ahead of launch. According to the images uploaded by Guglani, the C51 will feature a  flat frame design with rounded corners. The device is likely to launch in two colours — Cyan Blue and Black. Both variants have a dual-tone finish on the back. The top portion around the camera module has a glossy surface, whereas the rest of the rear panel is all matte. On the right edge of the phone are the power and volume keys. The left edge has room for the SIM tray.

On the front, the C51 has a waterdrop notch at the top for the front camera. The side bezels around the phone’s display are fairly thin too. One of the images shows the Mini Capsule feature, which has been found in several Realme smartphones lately. Users will be able to track their steps, battery charging percentage and data usage.

On the back, the phone has three circular cutouts, two of which are for the dual-camera setup, whereas the third one is for the LED flash module.

Guglani further revealed some specifications of the phone. The tipster claimed that the C51 will launch with 8GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The combination seems a bit odd but considering how Realme has been launching phones with higher RAM options, it is likely that the C51, too, could debut with 8GB of RAM. There should be an option to expand storage via a microSD card slot.

Guglani claimed that the C51 will offer 33W fast charging support. There will be a 5000mAh battery under the hood. The same details were confirmed recently via a few online certifications. We can expect the phone to run on Android 13 out of the box and have a layer of Realme UI 4.0 on top. Other specifications of the phone are currently under wraps. We will share more information as and when available.
