Realme Note Series could soon become a reality, and ring some bells for the Redmi Note lineup. A new device with the model number RMX3834 has appeared on Thailand’s NBTC certification with the name Realme Note 50. The listing suggests that the device is limited to 4G, with no mention of 5G connectivity. Hence, it is possible that this mysterious Realme Note 50 could be a budget-friendly device.

The device has also cleared the TUV Rheinland certification, which reveals that the Realme Note 50 will feature a 4890mAh battery. The listing suggests that the phone may ship with a 10W charger. However, the device may support charging at higher wattage, but we cannot confirm the same as of now.

It is worth noting that this Realme phone with the model number RMX3834 was spotted on the European EEC portal in November 2023. However, the EEC certification also does not reveal any further information about the device.

Tipster Paras Guglani mentions that the Realme Note 50 will feature a 6.67-inch HD+ display with a waterdrop notch. The device will have a 13MP primary camera, a 0.8MP secondary camera, and a 5MP selfie shooter. He further said that the Realme Note 50 will be powered with a UNISOC chipset, paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.

Realme’s Number Series, such as the Realme 8, Realme 10, Realme 11, etc. is dominant in the midrange segment. These devices often compete with the Redmi Note lineup, in the price bracket of around Rs 20,000.

Furthermore, Realme has its Narzo Series placed slightly below the midrange segment and focuses on affordability. Realme also has its entry-level C-Series of devices, which are usually priced around Rs 10,000. Considering that the alleged Realme Note 50 is a 4G-only device, the device could launch in the entry-level segment.

Realme is said to be gearing up for the launch of its Realme 12 Pro Series. The company’s Twitter handle has shared a teaser for a new device in the Indian market, calling it as the ‘Real Update’. Realme will unveil more details on the same on January 3, 2024.

The Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+ were recently spotted on the Indian BIS portal with the model numbers RMX3842 and RMX3840. As per a report from DCS, the Realme 12 Pro is expected to launch with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, which was unveiled by Qualcomm a few weeks ago.

According to DCS, the Realme 12 Pro+ will feature a 64MP telephoto lens with support for 3x optical zoom. The Realme 12 Pro is tipped to get a 32MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom.

Realme is also expected to launch the Realme GT 5 Pro in global markets, including India. Between these launch timelines, it will be interesting to see how Realme places its Note Series. It is worth noting that Realme has not confirmed any new Note Series lineup.
