The Redmi A3 starts at Rs 7,299 and will be available for purchase starting February 23 exclusively via Flipkart, Amazon, mi.com, Mi Home and other retail channels. Here’s a look at all the configurations and their pricing.

As a launch offer, Xiaomi will offer an exchange bonusof Rs 300, which will bring the starting price down to Rs 6,999 effectively. You can also get the Redmi Watch 2 Lite (worth Rs 4,999) at Rs 1,499 along with the Redmi A3.
Redmi A3: Specifications and Features
The Redmi A3 sports a 6.7-inch LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, an HD+ resolution, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G36 processor, clubbed with up to 6GB of RAM (with up to 6GB of virtual RAM). Users get an option to choose between 64GB and 128GB storage options.
As for the cameras, there’s an 8MP primary camera and an AI lens with LED flash. The selfie shooter stands at 5MP and supports a screen flash. The Redmi A3 is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W charging speeds and a USB-C port.

Xiaomi says that the Redmi A3 comes pre-loaded withAndroid 14. It could be the Android Go edition (similar to its predecessor) but there’s no clarity on it as of now. There are connectivity options like Dual-SIM, 4G, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou.
Additional details include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a mono speaker, a 3.5mm audio jack, and more. The Redmi A3 comes in Olive Green, Lake Blue, and Midnight Black colour options.
