Samsung Galaxy F55 5G Spotted on Google Play Console; Chipset Details Revealed

Samsung is expected to soon expand the Galaxy F series lineup with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy F55 5G. Ahead of this, 91Mobiles has spotted the Galaxy F55 5G smartphone in the Google Play Console database.

The Google Play Console database confirms that the Galaxy F55 5G smartphone will be a rebrand of the recently launched Samsung Galaxy M55 5G in India and global markets. Samsung will equip the upcoming Galaxy F series smartphone with a Qualcomm chipset with the SM7450 codename.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC sports the SM7450 codename for those unaware. The octa-core chipset is fabricated on a 4nm process and features four Kryo 770 cores clocked at 2.4GHz, four Kryo 770 cores at 1.8GHz, and an Adreno 644 GPU.

The Qualcomm chipset will pair with 8GB of RAM, and the smartphone will run Android 14. The database further confirms that the device will sport a display with 2400×1080 pixels resolution. The Galaxy F55 5G smartphone recently received India’s BIS certification with the SM-E556B/DS model number.

The smartphone was also later spotted on Samsung India’s support page by our team at MySmartPrice, revealing that the India launch is near.
