South Korean tech giant Samsung seems to be all set to launch the Galaxy M12 in India soon. Now an Exclusive report from 91Mobiles revealed some more information about the upcoming Samsung smartphone. According to the report, popular industry insider Ishan Agarwal told 91Mobiles about an upcoming budget smartphone from Samsung. The report suggests that the smartphone might be either the Galaxy M12 or Galaxy F12 based on the model number (Galaxy SM-M127/SM-F127).

Meanwhile, Ishan also mentioned that the company is working on a new phone dubbed as the Galaxy A82 5G which is expected to be the successor of the Galaxy A80. The smartphone is expected to hit the South Korean market in the upcoming weeks.

According to the report, the Galaxy M12 or the Galaxy F12 is expected to launch with a 6.5-inch HD+ TFT LCD display. Under the hood, both the smartphone is said to be powered by an Exynos 850 SoC, clubbed with 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 128GB of eMMXC 5.1 storage. The report claims that the smartphone will also be launched in 3GB and 4GB and 32/64GB of storage respectively. Users can also expand the storage via a microSD card.

Besides, the Galaxy M12 or the Galaxy F12 will be fuelled by a massive 6,000mAh battery and support fast charging support. On the camera part, the smartphone is tipped to feature a quad-camera setup with the combination of a 48-megapixel primary camera sensor + 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens + 2-megapixel depth sensor + 2-megapixel macro lens along with an LED flash.
