Samsung Galaxy M54 5G Spotted on Geekbench Running Android 13, 8GB RAM and New Exynos SoC, Launch Expected Soon

Samsung might refresh its Galaxy M-series lineup soon. The South Korean tech giant is working on the launch of multiple Galaxy M-series phones, one of which is the Samsung Galaxy M54 5G. The device will debut as a successor to the Galaxy M53 5G, which is currently available for purchase in India for around Rs 26,000. The Galaxy M54 5G is expected to launch soon in various markets, including India.

The company has not confirmed any details about the launch timeline. While we wait for more details about the launch, the phone has been spotted on the Geekbench website. The listing on Geekbench reveals that the Galaxy M54 5G will not feature a MediaTek or a Qualcomm processor. The Samsung Galaxy M54 5G will debut very soon in various markets. The device has been listed on the Geekbench website ahead of its launch. According to the Geekbench listing, the phone has the model number SM-M546B. The listing also reveals that the phone draws power from a Samsung s5e8835 SoC, which could possibly be the Exynos 1380. This is contrary to a leak, which claimed that the Galaxy M54 5G will feature a Snapdragon 888 SoC.


The upcoming Exynos SoC has been rumoured for quite some time. Samsung is yet to share more details about the rumoured Exynos 1380. However, the Geekbench listing reveals that the phone has four cores clocked at 2.4GHz and four cores clocked at 2.0GHz. It is also paired with a Mali-G68 GPU.

The variant of the Galaxy M54 5G listed on Geekbench has 8GB of RAM. We can expect Samsung to launch the phone with 6GB of RAM as well. The phone is likely to offer up to 128GB or maybe even 256GB of internal storage. Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy smartphone will also run on the latest Android 13 update out of the box.
