First POCO Tablet Spotted on FCC Certification and Camera FV-5 Database: Check Details

POCO is expected to foray into the tablet segment. The first POCO tablet will reportedly be called the POCO Pad. In a new development, we have spotted the upcoming POCO Pad on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification database. The tablet has also appeared on the Camera FV-5 database. POCO Pad FCC Listing

The upcoming POCO Pad has the model number 2405CPCFBG. The FCC listing suggests that the tablet will ship with HyperOS 1.0. It is revealed that the tablet will support Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax connectivity.

The listing suggests that Xiaomi’s 33W Charging Adapter was used for the testing. The charger has the model number MDY-12-EA. Further, the listing reveals that the POCO tablet is identical to the product which was certified a few days ago (with FCC id 2AFZZPFDL), which was Redmi Pad Pro (model number 2405CRPFDL). This confirms that the POCO Pad will indeed be a rebranded Redmi Pad Pro.

POCO Pad: Camera Specifications

However, the Camera FV-5 database hints at the tablet’s camera specifications. According to the listing, the POCO Pad will feature an 8MP rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture and EIS. There will be an 8MP front camera with an f/2.3 aperture.

The upcoming POCO Pad is rumoured to be a rebranded Redmi Pad Pro launched in China. The Redmi Pad Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset and supports up to 8GB of RAM. It comes equipped with a 10,000mAh battery and 33W fast charging support.

The Redmi Pad Pro offers a 12.1-inch LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2.5K pixel resolution, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It packs a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos audio.
