Vivo V23e and X70 Pro+ Monikers Listed on IMEI Database Websites, Launch Expected Soon

Vivo X70 Pro+ is said to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor.


Vivo unveiled the Vivo X60 series, and V21 series of handsets earlier this year. The company is said to be working on Vivo X70 series devices. It seems like the company has already started working on the V23 series as well, as the upcoming Vivo V23e with model number V2116 has made an appearance on the IMEI database, as well as CEIR IMEI database. Along with Vivo V23e, the upcoming Vivo X70 Pro+ with model number V2114 appeared on the IMEI database. The appearance on the IMEI database hints towards an imminent launch. We can also expect these handsets to launch in India since these have visted CEIR IMEI database as well.

Two new Vivo handsets with model numbers V2114, and V2116 have appeared on the IMEI database. The database information reveals that the V2114 is the model number for the Vivo X70 Pro+, while V2116 will be the Vivo V23e. This is the first instance when these handsets have visited a certification website.

However, the specifications of the upcoming Vivo X70 Pro+ were leaked back in April. The leaker had tipped that the upcoming Vivo X70 Pro+ will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor and a 4,500mAh battery with 66W fast-charging support. Further, the tipster claimed that the X70 Pro+ will use Samsung’s E4 AMOLED screen, this should be an FHD+ resolution display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Vivo V23e, and Vivo X70 Pro+ have visited a certification website for the first time. In fact, this is the first time we are hearing of Vivo V23e moniker.
