Vivo X100s: Expected Specifications

It is suggested that the Vivo X100s will debut in Black, White, Green and Titanium shades. The phone is expected to come with a flat metal frame and will use glass for the rear panel.

The primary difference between the upcoming X100s and X100 will be the inclusion of a flat AMOLED display over the curved AMOLED panel present on the latter. The flat AMOLED panel will continue to offer support for 1.5K resolution, similar to its predecessor.

The X100s could be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC fabricated on a 4nm process. The chipset features one Cortex-X4 core at 3.25GHz, three Cortex-X4 cores at 2.85GHz, four Cortex-A720 cores at 2.0GHz, and the Mali-G720 Immortalis MP12 GPU.

DCS also adds that the X100s is expected to bring support for a lower 100W wired fast charging tech. To recall, the Vivo X100 comes with a 5,000mAh battery and 120W wired fast charging support.

The upcoming smartphone is expected to go official by the end of March in China. The other specifications of the smartphones are expected to be similar to the vanilla Vivo X100 smartphone.

This could include a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 3000 nits peak brightness, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and HDR10+ support. It could run OriginOS 4.0, based on Android 14. The Vivo X100s might also have ZEISS-backed cameras, including, a 50MP Sony IMX920 sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 64MP telephoto lens, along with a 32MP selfie shooter.
