Apple is on a roll when it comes to new product launches. The Cupertino-based tech giant recently launched the MacBook Air with an M3 chip in India. The company is now gearing up to bring its most powerful silicon to its iPad lineup. If the newest report from IT Home is believed, Apple will launch the new M3 iPad Air and iPad Pro next week.

Apple iPad Air, Pro with M3 Coming on March 26

IT Home has spotted several third-party accessories for the new iPads on Amazon. These include the Shift series, Rebound 360 series, and Rebound Series cases for the new iPads from the ESR brand. However, these accessories are not available for purchase as expected.

Leaked Amazon listings reveal the launch date of new M3 iPads.

There’s a disclaimer on each listing stating, “This item will be released on March 26, 2024.” We can safely assume that this is when the new 2024 iPads will be available. The date also matches Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman’s prediction of new iPad launches around the end of March or in April.

2024 iPad Models: What to expect

The new iPad Air and the iPad Pro will most likely be powered by the M3 chipset, which is currently powering the MacBook Pro and Air lineups. Here’s what else we can expect.

iPad Pro (2024)

The upcoming iPad Pro is rumoured to be the first iPad with an OLED display. It makes it a significant upgrade over the Apple iPad Pro M2. Rumours also suggest that the 2024 iPad Pro will come with a thinner build, redesigned camera bump on the rear, and more.

iPad Air (2024)

Apple is tipped to offer the new iPad Air models with an M2 chipset. Moreover, these models will also come with a 12.9-inch display for the first time. The Amazon listings seen above are also of iPad Air 2024 12.9-inch models.

Past rumours have also revealed that the company will launch two new models of MacBook Air including a 13-inch and 15-inch model with Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
