Bosch has showcased a wide range of new home appliances at IFA 2026, covering cooking, food storage, coffee preparation, floor care and laundry. The announcements include new air-fryer formats, the HomeCafé Series 4 espresso machine, the OneFlow wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner and a Series 8 washer-dryer with heat-pump technology.
Bosch has not announced the prices or market-wise launch schedules for these products. The company has also not confirmed whether any of the appliances showcased at IFA 2026 will be introduced in India.
Bosch IFA 2026 Products: Price and Availability
Bosch has yet to disclose the pricing, model-wise availability or sale dates for the products announced at IFA 2026. Most of the specifications shared by the company currently apply to its European product line-up.
The company has not provided model numbers for several of the appliances either. More details are expected to become available when individual products are introduced across different markets.
Bosch Expands Its Air-Fryer Line-Up
Bosch has introduced several air-fryer configurations designed for different kitchen sizes and cooking requirements. Interestingly, the company describes the expansion as comprising three new models, although its announcement details four different configurations.
The Bosch Series 2 is the compact model in the range and offers a four-litre cooking capacity. It has an elongated drawer designed to accommodate longer ingredients, such as asparagus spears, without requiring them to be cut into smaller pieces.
The Bosch Double Stack has two drawers positioned vertically and provides a combined capacity of 12 litres. The stacked arrangement is intended to offer higher cooking capacity while occupying less horizontal space on a kitchen counter.
Bosch has also introduced the Series 4 Double Drawer, which has two independently controlled 4.5-litre drawers placed side by side. The separate drawers should allow users to cook two dishes using different temperature and time settings.
The fourth configuration mentioned by Bosch is the Double Flex. It has a single 10-litre drawer that can be divided into two independent cooking zones when required.
Bosch has not disclosed the temperature ranges, power consumption, preset programmes or dimensions of these air fryers. These details will be important for comparing the models with existing dual-basket and stacked air fryers.
HomeCafé Series 4 Is Bosch's First Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine
The HomeCafé Series 4 marks Bosch's entry into the semi-automatic espresso-machine category. It comes with an integrated grinder that grinds coffee beans before brewing.
Users can choose between 30 grind settings and five dosing options to adjust the strength and flavour of the coffee. Bosch has not disclosed details such as the machine's pressure rating, water-tank capacity, milk-steaming system or supported drink options.
The HomeCafé Series 4 appears to be aimed at users who want more control over coffee preparation than a fully automatic machine provides, without requiring a separate coffee grinder. Its positioning will become clearer once Bosch reveals the complete specifications and price.
Freestanding Freezer Introduces Configurable Door Storage
Bosch has also showcased a new freestanding freezer featuring what it calls the Flex-Door concept. The design turns the inside of the freezer door into configurable storage space.
Compartments mounted on the door can be repositioned to accommodate frozen-food packs of different sizes. Bosch says the arrangement increases usable storage without changing the freezer's standard external dimensions.
The company has not provided the freezer's total capacity, dimensions, energy rating or details about the number of configurable compartments.
Bosch OneFlow Combines Vacuuming and Mopping
The Bosch OneFlow is a cordless wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner that can vacuum and mop floors during the same cleaning cycle. Bosch claims it can clean up to 150 square metres on a single battery charge.
The cleaner is designed to pick up dry debris, spilled liquids and dried-on stains. Collected dirt and wastewater are stored in a separate dirty-water tank instead of being circulated through the cleaning system.
Bosch has also equipped the OneFlow with its MicroClean technology, which the company claims can detect and remove dirt particles that may not be visible to the eye. Its roller can be cleaned and dried automatically by placing the appliance in its service station and activating the self-cleaning function.
Battery capacity, charging time, clean- and dirty-water tank capacities, weight and suction specifications have not been announced.
Series 8 Washer-Dryer Uses Heat-Pump Technology
Bosch's new Series 8 washer-dryer uses heat-pump technology instead of the condenser system commonly found in conventional washer-dryers. The company claims the change reduces both water and energy consumption.
According to Bosch, the WLB244040 heat-pump washer-dryer consumes 53 litres of water per cycle, compared with 75 litres for the WNC254A40 condenser model used for its comparison. Bosch describes the resulting water saving as up to 20 litres per cycle.
The company also claims energy savings of 55 percent. The heat-pump model is rated to consume 136kWh per 100 cycles, while the conventional washer-dryer used for comparison consumes 305kWh per 100 cycles. Both comparisons are based on testing conducted under European Union regulations.
The Series 8 model carries an A-20% rating for washing, meaning its stated consumption is 20 percent below the limit for the EU's Class A rating. Drying is rated at Class A. A self-cleaning condenser is also included to reduce routine maintenance.
Bosch Expands Its Green Collection
Bosch is adding ovens and fridge-freezer combinations to its Green Collection. The company claims the materials used for the Green Collection oven have a 20 percent lower carbon footprint than those used for a comparable standard Bosch oven.
The calculation covers production materials and excludes packaging. Bosch also clarifies that the reduced-carbon and conventional materials can be mixed during production and allocated to Green Collection appliances through mass balancing. Consequently, an individual appliance may physically contain a smaller quantity, or none, of the reduced-carbon material.
Bosch says the calculation follows ISO 14067 and the mass-balancing process follows ISO 22095-2. The claims have been verified by TÜV Rheinland, according to the company.
Bosch's IFA 2026
Bosch's IFA 2026 showcase focuses more on practical changes to appliance design than on adding AI to every product. Configurable freezer-door storage, vertically stacked air-fryer drawers and a wet-and-dry vacuum with automatic roller cleaning address recognisable problems in everyday appliance use.
The heat-pump washer-dryer is potentially the most consequential addition because of its claimed reduction in water and energy consumption. However, the final value of these products will depend on their prices, complete specifications and after-sales support. For Indian buyers, they remain a preview until Bosch confirms which models will be launched in the country.
