Flipkart has announced a new credit card in collaboration with Axis Bank for its customers in India. The e-commerce giant has announced the Flipkart Axis Bank Super Elite credit card, which can be used for making purchases on and off Flipkart. Following each transaction, customers can earn SuperCoins, which is Flipkart’s rewards redemption system that can be used to get additional offers and discounts.
Flipkart and Axis Bank have announced a bunch of benefits for customers who opt for the new Super Elite card. For starters, customers will get 500 SuperCoins on the activation of their new Super Elite card. Flipkart Axis Bank Super Elite Credit Card Launched
The Flipkart Axis Bank Super Elite credit card has been launched in India. Customers can claim multiple rewards for activation and transactions made using the new card. The bunch of rewards announced upon card activation include:
- 500 SuperCoins on card activation
- 15 per cent off on Flipkart flights
- 30 per cent on items purchased from Flipkart Health+
- Rs 500 off on Myntra
- 10 per cent off on flights booked via Clear Trip
- Two months of trial membership for YouTube Premium
- 25 per cent off on hotel bookings made via Clear Trip
- 1 year of Lenskart Gold Membership
- Three months trial subscription of Gaana Plus
Customers will also get 12 extra SuperCoins per for every Rs 100 spent on Flipkart. For transactions made using the Super Elite credit card outside Flipkart, users will get two SuperCoins for every Rs 100 spent. Flipkart Plus members will get extra benefits over non-Plus members.

For any transaction of Rs 2,500 or more, you will earn a maximum of 400 SuperCoins if you are a Flipkart Plus member. Non-Plus members can earn a maximum of 200 SuperCoins for transactions of Rs 2,500 or more.
Customers can redeem these SuperCoins as rewards on multiple platforms. Other than Flipkart, these rewards can be redeemed on Myntra, Clear Trip, PhonePe, YouTube, Hotstar, SonyLIV, Zee5, Domino’s, Zomato, Leaf, boAt, Noise, Airtel, MobiKwik and Paytm.
The Super Elite credit card also offers a 20 per cent discount on select restaurants. On top of this, the card also offers a 1 per cent waiver on fuel surcharge.
Who Can Apply for the Card?
Flipkart revealed that salaried employees with a minimum monthly income of Rs 15,000 can apply for the card. Self-employed business professionals and independent earners with a monthly income of Rs 30,000 or more can apply for the Super Elite card as well.
To apply, go to the dedicated website and click on Apply now. You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number. The SMS will include a link, which can be used to apply for the credit card.
The Super Elite card comes with a joining fee of Rs 500, which is billed in your first month’s statement. This fee is waived next year if your total spending exceeds Rs 2 lakh.
