Infinix Hot 40 Live Images and Hot 40i Renders Emerge Ahead of Debut

Infinix has announced that it will debut the Infinix Smart 8HD smartphone on December 8 in India. Our team at MySmartPrice spotted the Infinix Smart 8 Pro smartphone in multiple certifications, including Bluetooth SIG, EEC, and others, ahead of its debut. MySmartPrice previously spotted the upcoming Infinix Hot 40, Hot 40 Pro, and Hot 40i smartphones in the Google Play Console listing.

The Google Play Console listing revealed the processor and other specifications of the upcoming Infinix smartphones. The listing also confirms the display specifications, RAM capacity, and Android version of the forthcoming smartphones. The vanilla Hot 40 and Hot 40i smartphones previously received FCC certifications, indicating that the launch is nearing. Infinix Hot 40 Expected Specifications

The tipster has also shared the renders and specifications of the Infinix Hot 40i smartphone. Paras Guglani reveals that Infinix will debut the vanilla smartphone on December 9. The company will debut the device in African markets initially, and the launch in international markets, including India, will occur in the upcoming weeks.

The image shared by the tipster contains the promotional sticker attached to the screen of the device, which confirms that the smartphone will feature 33W fast charging support. The smartphone will be backed by a large 5000mAh battery. Under the hood, the device will feature MediaTek Helio G88 SoC, built on a 12nm process. The chipset has two Cortex-A75 cores at 2.0GHz, six Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8GHz, and a Mali-G52 MP2 GPU.

The image also confirms that the device will feature a 6.76-inch IPS display with an FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The Google Play Console listing reveals that the display has a pixel density of 480 PPI. The smartphone will run on Infinix XOS based on Android 13 out of the box. The packaging of the device confirmed that it will be equipped with 128GB of storage. The live image of the device also reveals an Apple-inspired camera module with triple-rear cameras and an LED flash.

The setup will comprise a 50MP primary sensor with dedicated night photography functions. The Bluetooth SIG listing of the device confirmed the presence of Bluetooth 5.0 protocol. The FCC certification also revealed that the device would debut in a Starlit Black colour option. In contrast, the renders of the Infinix Hot 40i shared by the brand show a similar Apple-inspired camera module.

Infinix Hot 40i Expected Specifications

However, the Hot 40i features dual rear cameras as opposed to the triple camera setup on the Hot 40 smartphone. Paras Guglani reveals that Infinix will equip the smartphone with a 6.55-inch display with an HD resolution. A Unisoc T606 built on a 12nm process will power the smartphone. The chipset has two Cortex A75 cores at 1.6GHz, six Cortex-A55 cores at 1.6GHz, and a Mali-G57 MP1 GPU.

The chipset will pair with up to 4GB RAM and 256GB of storage. The device will be backed by a 5000mAh battery with 18W fast charging tech. The fast charging tech and storage were confirmed through the FCC certification. The renders reveal that the device will sport a centred punch-hole cut-out and will debut in three colour options.
