Battlegrounds Mobile India fans eagerly await BGMI 2.7 update and A1 Royal Pass release dates. Earlier today, BGMI developers Krafton confirmed the release date for the 2.7 version update and the new update is now available to download for both Android & iOS devices.
The update promises many exciting improvements that will take the gaming experience to new heights. Although the game’s creator has been tight-lipped about specifics, previous indications of a BGMI x Dragon Ball partnership have sparked excitement among the community.

The collaboration with the legendary anime franchise, Dragon Ball, is the most exciting feature coming with the BGMI 2.7 update. The association has been speculated for a long time, ever since the game relaunch in India, and it was already revealed for the PUBG Mobile global edition. Krafton, on the other hand, has finally teased it on its social media accounts.
An anime-style map will be included in the upcoming standalone Dragon Ball Super Collab mode! The partnership will introduce Goku and other Dragon Ball Superheroes to the game, where gamers will be able to play as the characters. These heroes will have unique skills, such as the KAMEHAMEHA assault, which players may employ in combat.
New Features in BGMI 2.7 Update
The developers have also released a video on the game’s official YouTube handle highlighting the main features of the new update.
Carry Knocked out teammates on Vehicle: This new feature could come in very handy for competitive players. When your teammate is knocked out outside the safe zone, you can carry him in a vehicle and take him to the safe zone.
Customizable Spectra Slayer Set: Available in the new Royale Pass A1, the new costume is able to be modified. Players can set its colour as per their preference.
Ace 32 – New Gun: A new addition to the weapon inventory, it uses 7.62mm ammo and stands as a rival to AKM. The new gun can be equipped with a muzzle slot and extended mag slot.
Summer-Themed Mode: This new mode will transport players to a summer-themed island where they will be able to experience a number of new gameplay elements. A new swimming mechanism, a new weather system, and a new beach party event are among the new features.
Bug Fixes: While new material is the attention, Krafton hasn’t forgotten the value of a seamless gameplay experience. The BGMI 2.7 update includes bug fixes and performance improvements.
A1 Royal Pass with 100-Tier System
The A-Series Royal Pass will be reintroduced with the BGMI 2.7 upgrade, replacing the 100-tier Royal Pass system. This is a break from the existing M-Series, in which each Royal Pass has 50 levels. The M-Series Royal Pass has 22 variants, ranging from RPM1 to RPM22. With this change, players can expect a more extended growth path, packed with increased rewards and challenges across a wider variety of tiers.
