Motorola is hosting a launch event in India on September 8. The company has teased the launch of three smartphones in India, which could include the Moto Edge 30 Ultra and the Moto Edge 30 Fusion. The third phone could be the new Razr 2022 foldable phone. If not the Razr 2022, Motorola could launch the Moto Edge 30 Neo in India. The phone is also rumoured to launch as the Moto Edge 30 Lite.

The Edge 30 Neo will be the most affordable offering in the current Edge 30 series. While we wait for some more details about the device’s launch confirmation, a new leak by tipster Evan Blass and 91Mobiles has revealed the Edge 30 Neo’s colour options and design renders. Moto Edge 30 Neo, which is codenamed Miami, is expected to launch on September 8. Ahead of the launch, the phone’s design has leaked. The Neo smartphone will launch in multiple colour options, which according to the 91Mobiles report, will be called Black Onyx, Very Peri, Aqua Foam, and Ice Palace.

The phone will sport a dual-camera setup on the back. It will have a curved back with the Motorola logo slapped right in the centre. There will be the volume keys and the power button on the right edge of the phone.

The text on the camera module confirms that the Edge 30 Neo will have a 64MP main camera with OIS support. The report does not reveal the details about the second sensor but we can expect it to feature a 13MP camera. 

Under the hood, the phone will feature a Snapdragon 695 SoC and a 4020 mAh battery with 30W fast charging support. It will come with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The 6.28-inch OLED display will support a 120Hz refresh rate. Lastly, the phone will run Android 12-based MyUX out of the box.
