Xiaomi announced the India launch of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G smartphone during the Redmi 13C series launch event. The Chinese smartphone giant confirmed that the upcoming devices will debut on January 4, 2024 in India. The smartphone OEM shared a new teaser on the official X (formerly Twitter) account of Xiaomi India, confirming the launch date of the upcoming Note 13 series smartphones.

Xiaomi will debut the entire Note 13 series lineup in India on January 4 and this will be the brand’s first launch event for 2024. Xiaomi confirms that the Redmi Note 13 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G smartphones will debut globally in India. Redmi Note 13 Series to be Available Through Amazon and Flipkart

Now, Amazon India and Flipkart have created a dedicated micro-site for the upcoming Redmi smartphones. The micro-site reveals the “SuperPower SuperNote” tagline along with the launch date of the event. The micro-site of Amazon India confirms that the vanilla Redmi Note 13 5G smartphone will be sold via the platform.

In contrast, the Flipkart micro-site doesn’t reveal the smartphones that will be available through the platform. Xiaomi is likely to debut the Note 13 Pro 5G and Note 13 Pro+ 5G smartphones through Flipkart. The teasers confirm that Xiaomi will debut only the 5G variants of the Note 13 series smartphones at the January 4 event in India.

Xiaomi might launch the 4G variant of the Note 13 smartphone in India at a later stage. Xiaomi is likely to price the vanilla Note 13 5G smartphone at around Rs 20,000 in India. The Pro and Pro+ variants might be launched under the sub-Rs 30,000 segment in India. Xiaomi might also announce the Redmi Watch 4 and Redmi Buds 5 Pro at the event.
