The key specifications of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra have been leaked online. Details reveal the battery capacity and camera configurations of the flagship. The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to launch around February 2024.
A few weeks back, rumours surfaced that the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will exclusively feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, without any Exynos variant. The latest leak also suggests a Qualcomm chipset, with no mention of Exynos.
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Specifications Tipped Online
Leakster Yogesh Brar has posted a leak with the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra on Twitter. As per him, the Galaxy S24 Ultra will feature a titanium frame, along with quad rear cameras.
The leak also states that the device will feature a 6.8-inch QHD+ display, which will be an AMOLED panel. The refresh rate is tipped to be 120Hz.
Yogesh also mentions that the Galaxy S24 Ultra will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. This new processor will be developed by both, Samsung and TSMC, and will be manufactured on a 4nm architecture.
The camera module on the Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to be a quad-camera setup. The primary camera will be a 200MP sensor, along with three additional cameras of 12MP, 50MP, and 10MP. However, the leak does not mention the exact details whether these lenses will be telephoto, periscope, or something else.
The selfie camera on the S24 Ultra is expected to be the same 12MP sensor, as found on the latest Galaxy S23 Ultra. The device will run on OneUI 6 based on Android 14 out of the box.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra battery will supposedly have a capacity of 5000mAh. The leak says that the device will feature 45W fast charging. Although Yogesh has not mentioned it, but it is safe to assume that the S24 Ultra will also have support for wireless charging.
These leaked specifications of the S24 Ultra suggest that we may not see a major change between the S23 Ultra and the S24 Ultra. Apart from a new processor and a higher-megapixel telephoto lens, the S24 Ultra looks quite similar to its predecessor on paper.
