Vivo has announced the Vivo X100 series India launch date. As per the details shared by the company via its official Twitter handle, the Vivo X100 series will launch in India on January 4. The Vivo X100 series includes two devices namely the Vivo X100 and the Vivo X100 Pro, which were launched by Vivo in China back last month. We can expect the Vivo X100 and the X100 Pro India variants to offer the same specifications as the Chinese variants.
The Vivo X100 lineup will go on sale in India via Flipkart once it launches in India. To recall, the Vivo X100 and the X100 Pro feature a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display which has a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the X100 series under the hood there is Dimensity 9300 chipset which is paired with a Immortalis G720 GPU. The X100 lineup packs up to 16GB of LPDDR5T RAM and 1TB of internal storage. As for the software, the devices runs Android 14 out of the box with the FuntouchOS 14 skin on top.
When it comes to imaging, both devices feature a triple-camera setup. The Vivo X100 boasts a 50MP primary sensor, 64MP periscope telephoto shooter, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens, whereas the X100 Pro camera module comprises of a 50MP main camera, 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. Both the handset rely on a 32MP camera for selfies and video-calling purpose. The other key features which the X100 series offer includes an in-display fingerprint sensor and an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.
