The company only revealed the pricing and storage variants of the device during the launch.

Vivo debuted the smartphone in three colour options and a single variant. The smartphone is available in Black, Sky Blue, and Pink colour options. The company has launched the smartphone at RMB 1,599 (approx. Rs 18,800) for the lone variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The Vivo Y100i 5G smartphone is already available for sale through online retailers like JD.com.
Vivo advertises the smartphone with a long battery life and large memory tagline. Vivo equips the smartphone with a square camera island with rounded corners, dual rear cameras, and LED flash. The camera island reveals that the device features an advanced lens and the ability to capture high-definition images. The Y100i 5G brings support for virtual RAM extension, which can extend the RAM up to 12GB.
The device carries the V2313A model number and is expected to debut in international markets soon. The Y100i 5G smartphone gets an IP54 rating, which ensures that the device is protected from water splashes. Vivo teases that the device offers a 200% better sound output in comparison to its predecessor.
The IThome report reveals that Vivo has equipped the device with specifications similar to the vanilla Y100 smartphone. The GeekBench listing of the smartphone also confirms that it is equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 6020. Vivo Y100i 5G smartphone brings support for 44W wired fast charging tech, which allows the users to charge from 0 to 100 within 1 hour.
