Vivo has silently launch a new Y-series smartphone – the Vivo Y12 in the Chinese market. The latest Y-series handset features a flat edge design and comes in two colour variants – Green and Purple. The Vivo Y12 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC which brings with it an integrated Mali G52 GPU. The Y-series handset packs 6GB of RAM and 128GB eMMC storage under the hood.
The Vivo Y12 is supported by a 5000mAh battery unit and 15W fast charging. The handset offers a dual-rear camera setup that includes a 13MP primary shooter. For selfies and video calls, it relies on an 8MP front shooter. On the security front, the handset is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
