The forthcoming Xiaomi 13T Pro smartphone is tipped to be the rebranded Redmi K60 Ultra smartphone with a different set of rear cameras. Xiaomi is also tipped to equip the 13T series smartphones with Leica tuning. The Chinese giant is reportedly working on the upcoming flagship Xiaomi 14 series smartphones. Xiaomi 14 Series Launch Timeline and Leaked Specifications
Qualcomm has scheduled its annual Tech Summit event for October 24 to October 26 in Maui, Hawaii. The semiconductor giant is tipped to announce the upcoming flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC at the event. Digital Chat Station believes the upcoming Xiaomi 14 series smartphones will be the first to sport Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. He adds that Xiaomi will launch the flagship 14 series smartphones by November in China.
Qualcomm will continue to use TSMC’s 4nm process with the upcoming 8 Gen 3 SoC. The chipset was recently spotted in GeekBench 6 with the Samsung Galaxy S24+ smartphone. The chipset scored 2231 points in single-core and 6661 points in multi-core tests. Another test of the chipset revealed 2723 points in single-core and 7525 points in multi-core tests. Qualcomm is expected to bring significant changes over its predecessor 8 Gen 2 SoC.
The smartphone will sport 90W wired fast charging and 50W fast wireless charging tech. The global and Chinese variants of the device were listed in IMEI certification with the model numbers 23127PN0CC and 23127PN0CG. Another leak revealed that the vanilla smartphone will have the codename Houji. Xiaomi 14 Pro smartphone is tipped to be equipped with a 5000mAh battery with 90W/120W wired fast charging tech. The device will also bring support for 50W wireless charging tech.
DCS also revealed that Xiaomi might launch the smartphone in flat, curved panels. The IMEI listing of Xiaomi 14 Pro revealed the model numbers 23116PN5BC and 23116PN5BG. The smartphone will have the codename Shennong and be equipped with WLG High-Lens sensors. DCS adds that Xiaomi might debut MIUI 15 with the upcoming Xiaomi 14 series smartphones.
