Colorful has launched the iGame X870E Ultra-S V14 motherboard in India. It supports AMD Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 series processors and comes with five M.2 SSD slots, Wi-Fi 7 and two USB4 ports. The motherboard is priced at ₹31,999 plus GST.

Colorful iGame X870E Ultra-S V14 Supports Up to 256 GB DDR5 RAM
The new motherboard uses AMD’s X870E chipset and AM5 socket. It supports processors such as the Ryzen 9 9950X3D and features a 16+2+1-phase power design with 80A DrMOS components.
There are four DDR5 RAM slots supporting up to 256 GB of memory. Colorful has also included a dedicated clock generator that allows users to adjust the CPU’s base clock for overclocking.
Another feature is X3D AI Turbo Mode, available for supported Ryzen 9000 X3D processors. It automatically adjusts CPU power, temperature and voltage settings. Colorful claims this can improve gaming performance and reduce frame-rate drops, although the company has not shared independent test results to support these claims.
Five M.2 SSD Slots, Dual USB4 Ports and Wi-Fi 7 Connectivity
The iGame X870E Ultra-S V14 has five M.2 slots for SSDs. Three support PCIe 5.0 x4, while the other two use PCIe 4.0 x4. There are also four SATA ports for connecting additional storage drives.
For connectivity, the motherboard includes two USB4 Type-C ports with transfer speeds of up to 40 Gbps and support for 4K display output. Other ports include USB 3.2, USB 2.0, HDMI and DisplayPort. Buyers also get 5 Gb Ethernet, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4.
As for the design, the motherboard has a black finish with graffiti-style artwork, RGB lighting and large heatsinks. The M.2 heatsink also has a quick-release mechanism that makes installing or removing SSDs easier without tools.
Colorful has not yet confirmed the exact retail availability date or the stores where buyers can purchase it.
