The Motorola Edge 70 Pro Plus is easily Motorola's most complete smartphone yet. It combines a beautiful design, an excellent display, reliable performance, versatile cameras, and premium features like wireless charging and a periscope telephoto lens into a well-rounded package. However, battery life could have been better, and Hello UI still needs software refinement. More importantly, the excellent Motorola Edge 70 makes the Pro Plus a tougher recommendation. Unless the telephoto camera is a priority, the cheaper sibling offers better overall value.

The OPPO Reno16C delivers a refined experience by focusing on design, cameras, battery life, and software rather than outright performance. Its capable camera system, premium build, dependable battery endurance, and polished ColorOS make it a compelling option for everyday users. However, average performance, moderate outdoor visibility, and premium pricing mean it isn't the most well-rounded choice in its segment. Overall, it is better suited to users who prioritise photography, design, and long-term usability over raw performance.
