The OnePlus Pad features a large 11.61-inch LCD screen. It has a 144Hz screen refresh rate with 2800 x 2000 pixels resolution, 500 nits brightness, a 7:5 aspect ratio, and HDR 10+. This screen also supports Dolby Vision, making it a perfect companion for entertainment. The tablet features a 2.5D curved metal unibody design and is 6.54mm thick.
Under the hood, the tab is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. The Dimensity 9000 SoC is built on a 4nm process. In the battery department, the Pad comes with a large 9,510mAh battery with support for a 67W SUPERVOOC wired fast charging. A 60-minute charge can provide almost 90% charge. As for the cameras, the device comes with a 13MP rear camera and there is an 8MP selfie camera on the front.
