The iQOO Neo 7 5G will make its official debut in India on February 16 at 12:00 PM IST. The device will be launched via a virtual event in India. Those interested can watch the iQOO Neo 7 launch event on the company’s official YouTube channel and other social media platforms, such as Facebook and Twitter.
iQOO Neo 7 5G: Expected Price in India
iQOO has already confirmed that the base model of the Neo 7 5G will have an effective price of under Rs 30,000 in India. The official price and sale details will be announced at the event on February 16. A recent leak claimed that the base model of the phone would have an effective price of Rs 26,999. The said price is inclusive of various offers. Another report claimed that the higher storage option with 12GB of RAM would have a launch price of Rs 34,999. The device will be launched with a Rs 4,000 cashback offer, which will bring the effective price down to Rs 30,999. The leaked price is close to the launch price of the iQOO Neo 6 5G, which was launched in India for Rs 29,999.
iQOO Neo 7 5G: Expected Sale Date
The iQOO Neo 7 5G will go on sale later this month in India. The company will announce the official sale date and offers at the event. Meanwhile, as per the rumour mill, the phone will go on sale from February 19 or 20 in India. The device is confirmed to be available for purchase via Amazon India, iQOO e-store and Vivo stores.

Powerful Performance
The iQOO Neo 7 will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. The new MediaTek SoC is based on a 4nm processor and has a peak clock speed of 3.1GHz. It features the premium Cortex A78 prime core along with four Cortex A55 cores. The octa-core SoC’s remaining three performance cores are clocked at 3.0GHz.

Superior Gaming Experience
iQOO has also confirmed that the phone will come with support for 90fps gameplay in popular apps like PUBG: New State and Call of Duty: Mobile. The company has also introduced several features that enhance the gaming experience. For instance, users can customise motion gestures, such as tilting the phone to open the side scope in PUBG: New State.
The phone also has a dedicated vapour chamber cooling system, which helps keep the temperature in check.
Bigger Battery with Faster Charging
The Neo 7 5G will launch with a 5000mAh battery under the hood. In comparison, the Neo 6 5G packs a 4700mAh battery. The Neo 7 5G also supports 120W fast charging out of the box. With the bundled charger in the box, the Neo 7 5G will charge from 1 to 100 per cent in 25 minutes. The Neo 6 5G, in comparison, came with 80W fast charging support.
Other Specifications and Features
The Neo 7 5G features a bigger 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen has a hole-punch cutout at the top for the front camera. The screen is also flat and supports 1300 nits of peak brightness.
On the back, there is a triple-camera setup. The phone has a 64MP primary camera with support for optical image stabilisation (OIS). There is also a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor. Unfortunately, the smartphone does not have an ultra-wide camera. For selfies, the phone has a 16MP front camera.
The device features an in-display fingerprint scanner. It also comes with dual speakers, a USB Type-C port and Bluetooth 5.3. It runs on the latest Android 13 out of the box. It has a layer of Funtouch OS 13 on top of Android. iQOO has promised to provide two major Android updates and three years of security support for the Neo 7 5G.
