Nokia Lite Earbuds BH-205 and Wired Buds WB 101 Launched in India by HMD: Price, Specifications

The Nokia Lite Earbuds and Nokia Wireless Buds are amongst the first audio accessories from HMD Global in India.

HMD Global, the company that owns the rights for Nokia’s legendary brand name, announced two new audio products today. The new accessories include the Nokia Lite Earbuds BH-205 and the Nokia Wired Buds WB 101, which will be part of its audio offerings in India.

The products will be sold on Nokia.com, the company’s offline retail stores and e-commerce partners. The Nokia Lite Earbuds BH-205 are priced at Rs 2799, while the Nokia Wired Buds are going to be sold at a best buy price of Rs 299. Best buy price is usually the lowest price a company is offering, which means that the price of the Wired Buds may increase in future.

The Nokia Lite Earbuds BH-205 are the first earbuds from the company in India, and the company says they will deliver “studio tuned” audio quality. They have 6mm audio drivers and a claimed battery life of 36 hours per charge through its 400 mAh battery and the charging case combined.

They also support Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity and will support touch commands to make calls, and play or pause music. They also support Google and Apple’s voice assistants — the Google Assistant and Siri. It will be sold in Charcoal colour, which basically means black.

Nokia Wired Buds specs and features

On the other hand, the Nokia Wired Buds WB 101 has a 10mm driver and passive noise isolation. It also has a built-in in-line microphone, which will support calling through an in-line button. Like the Lite Earbuds, it also supports Google and Apple’s voice assistants. However, this one also has Alexa support, unlike the Earbuds mentioned above.

Further, the Nokia Wired Buds will be available in three sizes, and have a non-tangle soft flat cable, with 135 degree audio jack durability and cable clip for stability. It will be available in Black, White, blue and Red colours.
