Realme GT 2 Pro Blind Sale in China Reveals 2 Variants with 8GB and 12GB RAM

Realme is gearing up for the GT2 series launch. The company is expected to launch at least two new smartphones, which include the GT 2 and GT 2 Pro. Ahead of the launch, Realme has confirmed some key details of the Pro model. It will have a triple-camera setup on the back. The rear panel of the phone has a design inspired by paper. The phone also has a 2K LTPO AMOLED display. While we wait for more details, the GT 2 Pro blind sale has kicked off in China. A listing on JD.com has revealed the storage options of the GT 2 Pro. Realme GT 2 Pro RAM, storage options

Realme is yet to officially reveal the RAM and storage options of the GT 2 Pro. However, a JD.com listing (via GizmoChina) reveals that the phone will have two storage options. The base variant will come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. There is a 12GB RAM variant as well, which will also come with 256GB of internal memory.

The listing also reveals that there will be two colour options for the Master Edition. One of them is the paper-inspired White colour option. The listing does not reveal the details of the other “mysterious colour” option.

Other details of the phone have leaked in the past. The phone has a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC under the hood. It will pack a 5000 mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. This is contrary to rumours, which suggested the inclusion of 125W fast charging support. Realme has confirmed that the triple-camera setup of the GT 2 Pro will have two 50MP camera sensors. The ultrawide camera on the GT 2 Pro will have a 150-degree field of view. The third camera will be a 2MP macro camera according to leaks.

In terms of software, the phone will run Android 12-based Realme UI 3.0. The phone will sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate support. Details around the pricing will be unveiled at the launch event on January 4.
