A recent teaser image shared by the brand reveals the design and colour options of the forthcoming device.
iQOO India has shared a new teaser of the upcoming Z series smartphone. The teaser image confirms the chipset details of the upcoming smartphone. The image confirms that iQOO will equip the upcoming device with MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC. The chipset is built on a 4nm process and features two Cortex-A715 clocked at 2.8GHz, six Cortex-A510 cores at 2.0GHz, and a Mali-G610 MP4 GPU.
iQOO previously revealed that the smartphone scores 7,28,764 points in the AnTuTu benchmarking tests. The chipset details were once tipped by popular tipsters who tipped the specifications of the upcoming Z7 Pro 5G smartphone. The renders shared by the brand confirm that the device will have a curved AMOLED display. iQOO will equip the device with an AMOLED display and a centred punch hole to house the selfie camera.
The upcoming smartphone will have relatively thin bezels on top and bottom and slightly thicker on the sides. iQOO has placed the power button and volume rockers on the right side. The company has kept the left side of the smartphone clean. The SIM card tray is on the bottom, with the USB Type-C port, speaker grille and microphone.
The teaser image confirms that iQOO will equip the smartphone with a dual rear camera setup. The upcoming smartphone will feature a camera cut-out similar to the Vivo S17 series smartphones and a ring LED light. iQOO branding can be seen on the centre of the rear panel of the upcoming device. The company confirms that the device will be launched in the Blue Lagoon colour option.
A previous report revealed that iQOO will rebrand the Vivo S17e smartphone under the Z7 Pro 5G branding in India. A tipster said that iQOO will price the smartphone between Rs 25,000 and Rs 30,000 in India. The upcoming smartphone will compete against the OnePlus Nord CE 3 and Realme 11 Pro series smartphones.
