Xiaomi has finally unveiled the Redmi Buds 5 TWS in India. The Buds 5 TWS come with 12.4mm dynamic drivers with a titanium diaphragm. The TWS also features support for AI noise cancellation up to 46dB. The three different noise cancellation modes are tailored to tackle different scenarios.
Redmi Buds 5 Price in India, Sale
The Buds 5 TWS have launched in Fusion White, Fusion Purple and Fusion Black colour options. The Chinese smartphone giant has priced the TWS at Rs 2,999. The product will be available for purchase through Amazon India, and Xiaomi India’s online stores. The Buds 5 will go on sale from February 20 in India.
The latest offering from the brand is also targeted towards budget customers in the sub-Rs 3,000 segment in India, which is a very competitive space right now. That’s because the budget segment of the TWS market in India is dominated by homegrown brands such as boAt, Noise, and Fireboltt.
Xiaomi currently offers a limited number of TWS products in India. The Buds 5 will be a new addition to the portfolio, though whether they can stand out in the competitive market remains to be seen.
