  • Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile will offer cross-progression with COD Modern Warfare III and COD Warzone.

The long wait for Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile is set to be over in the next few days. This year’s most anticipated smartphone game will be released on March 21. It was available under limited testing for over a year. As mobile gamers and COD fans eagerly wait, Activision has shared crucial details to prepare for the Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile launch.

Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile; Cross-Progression

Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile will bring a lot of content from two previous Modern Warfare titles, Call of Duty Modern Warfare II and Call of Duty Modern Warfare III, which were released on consoles and PCs.

Users will see maps, weapons, operators, blueprints, etc., from those games coming to their mobile screens. The team has implemented chevrons and tags to help users recognize which element is from which game.

Activision says Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile will support cross-progression with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III and Call of Duty: Warzone games. Gamers playing these games on other platforms must link their Activision ID once the mobile game launches to enjoy cross-progression.

The official statement says, players with linked IDs “should expect their Player ID and Player Progression to transfer over. Player Progression is now linked to all three games and will progress no matter which game you play.”

One important thing to note is that you can link your Activision ID with Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile only during the initial setup process. If you somehow miss it and proceed as a Guest account, your only option will be to uninstall the game and restart the process.

Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile; Details on Battle Pass and Rewards

Once the game launches, Activision says players can get free rewards by signing into the app daily. Call of Duty Mobile: Warzone will have its own Season Battle Pass with free and paid editions. The free tier will offer basic rewards to players as they keep playing the game.

The paid tier offers better rewards and can be purchased using the COD Points (CP). CP is a virtual currency that can be purchased from the in-game store by spending real money. Note that you cannot access CPs purchased on one game via another.

  • Battle Pass (1,100 CP): This offers 100+ unlockable rewards and 1,400 earning COD Points, and Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile original bonus rewards.
  • Battle Pass Bundle (2,400 CP): This bundle offers all previous Battle Pass privileges and 20 Tier Skip Tokens.
  • BlackCell (1,100 CP): This offers both sets of previous Battle Pass privileges, 18 Unique Rewards, an Operator Bundle with a Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile original bonus Blueprint, 1,100 CP instantly, and much more.

The game will have three daily challenges that players can complete to earn Arsenal Coins. These coins can be redeemed in the Arsenal Store to unlock more weapons and Aftermarket Parts.
